2.000” i-REX Gauge Hanger
i-Rex Gauge Hanger provides a reliable suspension of memory gauges in oil and gas wells. Gauge Hanger can be set in any place of the well with no need for internal nipple profile. Installation can be done using any suitable standard setting tool on Slickline, Wireline or E-line. Small tool OD combined with the rigid design and short tool length allows running through well areas with small ID and achieve high flow rate when Gauge Hanger is installed. No conversion kit required to set Gauge Hanger in all casing sizes and weights from 4-1⁄2 to 7 inch. Tubular body and pocket type anchor design provides excellent protection of the slips when RIH and POOH. Active bidirectional anchor in combination with disk springs gives reliable gripping force between slips and casing walls. Due to its high load capacity Gauge Hanger can be used as an anchor for down-hole tools like inflatable packers, perforation guns, sampling tools and can be set in both cased and open holes. Standard SB pulling tool is used to retrieve Gauge Hanger from the well.

4.5” i-Rep Retrievable Bridge Plug for 4-1/2” Casing
The plug can be used when wellbore isolation is required and typical applications include zonal isolations, pressure testing, P&A, tree repair or replacement. The plug can be set at any required place in the well without the need for a nipple profile. The plug can be deployed and set by conventional Slickline, E-line, Tubing or Coiled Tubing setting tools. One-piece or triple-stack packing element depending on well conditions, provides a reliable seal to hold pressure from above and below. The plug incorporates bi-directional slips which anchor the plug to the wellbore. The packing element protects slips from any debris contamination when plug is set. The plug enables easy retrieval using conventional well intervention methods. The pressure below and above the plug is equalized when the retrieval tool is engaged the internal fish neck.

5.000” Hydraulic Setting Tool
Hydraulic Setting Tool is a non-explosive setting tool used for installation of various downhole tools e.g. Dual Release Gun Hanger (i-Rexgun). The setting tool can be activated by either flow or setting ball. The flow rate to activate the tool can be adjusted using different compression springs. Safety mechanism prevents the tool from premature activation when meeting obstacles in the well. Setting force can be adjusted using different amount of shear screws. The tool is fully pressure balanced when running in hole.

2” Electrical Setting Tool
Slickline Electrical Setting Tool is a non-explosive setting tool used for setting of Gauge Hangers. Setting Tool provides setting stroke converting internal hydraulic pressure into a powerful axial stroke for a reliable setting of a deployed tool. Setting Tool can be powered by either alkaline or lithium batteries allowing to operate the tool in a wide range of working temperatures. Setting Tool incorporates an Electronic Timer which is easily programmed using a simple software on laptop and is used to activate Setting Tool downhole. Setting tool is a pressure balanced tool where all internal parts are protected from the contact with the polluted well fluid. The Setting Tool can be also adopted by request to be run on E-line.
